When I installed the security update to my new iphone 11, I accidentally installed the update for my iPad instead. How can I change it to the correct version?

You can't install an iPad iOS on an iPhone, it doesn't work that way.
That's what is showing when I check for security updates. I am a very new Apple user and have an Apple iPad and iPhone synced.
Thank you for any help with this.
I'm trying.
That's OK if you can't, the system is smart, you can't install the wrong version of the operating system, it knows which one to install. There is nothing to worry about.
