How can I get stuff to go into the designated iPhone folder I created?

What r threads and I’m trying to organize folder’s I’m making folders how can I get stuff to go into the designated folder i create also I thought when I purchased more storage it easier for my phone storage how many diff places can u have storage I almost want to delete stuff I don’t want to loose data I’m having issues also with family share setting up I really wished someone could help me

Threads are online questions/answers or back and forth conversations. Like the question you posted and I post a reply.

Your device storage is on your phone and cannot be increased. You can create external storage on a computer, external drive, or an iCloud account. If you use all of those, make sure you keep it organized so you can find it again. And make sure you create backups of your storage - if the disk fails, you'd lose all of it.
