Outlook 365 cannot be configured in ios mail client

That is an issue from the server side. Your IT department may have disabled the option to use the exchange email on Apple apps or the server is experiencing some issue. Which is why the "Apple Internet accounts" disabled error".

Contact them to see why they did that or if they plan or fixing it. This has nothing to do with the iOS device.

Outlook 365 is a mail application in and of itself. You can't configure one mail application inside of another email application they are entirely independent.

If you mean an Outlook based email account, different form Outlook 365, such as Hotmail and Exchange accounts, then what happens when you go to Settings->Mail->Accounts? Is it set up there?

If configured there, the email messages will appear in Apple's default Mail app.

If trying to setup the Outlook 365 App, then what happens when you log in with your email account inside the app?

1. Open system preferences
2. Press "İnternet Accounts"
3. Then press "Add Other Account", "Mail Account"
4. Write your Office/Microsoft Email in the "Email Address" box
5. Press here or go to the microsoft account page (Or you can paste this to your search bar https://account.microsoft.com)
6. Press "Security", "Advanced Security Options"
7. Scroll all the way down and you'll see "App Passwords"
8. Under that heading press "Create a new app password"
9. Copy the code and paste it to the password field in system preferences
10. Your Office/Microsoft Account İs Ready To Use!

For Macs without macOS Monterey:
