we order a Apple gift card of €100 yesterday and it says we should wait for 1-2hr for the card to deliver to my mail.. we have waited for like 14hrs without anything… this card was order by email@gmail.com… we contact Apple support they told us the card has been processing… pleas find solutions to it and deliver it to my mail… thanks

I have not received my Apple Giftcard either. I was supposed to get one with my MacBook Air education discount. I was told it would arrive when I purchased on September 1. I called Apple Support and they told me could be up to 24 hours. They resent it. Still not received. Just called again and they resent it again. I have no faith this gift card will be received and I am contemplating refunding my purchase. 3 day wait and still no gift card. Completely unacceptable.
