My MacBook Pro is not charging sometimes

hello, my macbook pro 14 is not charging sometimes, when i plug in, showing red light but it is not charging. But whenever suddenly it starts charging again. when i turn off or restart my mac, it starts again not charging, i dont know why it is happening, Please advise me
