How to remove an Airtag from Apple ID if it is not visible in "Find My" ?
Hello,
I have two Airtags connected to my Apple ID, but both of them recently disappeared from the Items list in "Find my..." from both my iPhone and iPad. My iWatch also does not have them in "Find Devices", as well as https://www.icloud.com/find/.
There is a solution to reset them, but before resetting an Airtag I should remove it from my Apple ID... but in order to remove it should be in the Items list...
What I have already tried:
- resetting without removing from Apple ID
- battery replacement + resetting
- installed latest updates on iPhone and iPad
- ensured that two-factor auth + Location Services are enabled
iOS/iPadOS 15.6.1, watchOS 8.7
A "funny" moment - if I continue to walk with my keys (I use one Airtag for them), iPhone informs me that some unknown Airtag is following me! )))
NFC scanning of my Airtags redirects to a web-page that shows the serial number and correct ending of my phone number.
