does someone know why is my lock screen somehow gets dark like this? i have tried changing wallpaper for the lock screen but still didn't works. i don't use dark mode on my phone. i use sleep reminder from the Health app but it usually works only at sleeping time. what should i do?

In Settings > Wallpaper, check to see if 'Dark Appearance Dims Wallpaper' is enabled. If that is on then the device may dim the wallpaper based on ambient light around it.
Does it also seem to happen if you unlock the device?
If nothing else seems to help then a restart of the device can sometimes assist with odd issues that come up: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
