Photoshop Elements 2022

If I upgrade from Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 to 2022 will my captions and keyword tags from my old version be preserved. I have macOS Monterey 12.5.1. When I downloaded Elements 2020 using my Adobe serial number (I was unable to recover my organiser backup) my star ratings and keyword tags were preserved. I have looked at the Adobe ordering form for the 2022 update and it does not seem to have a space to add my old serial number.
