Siri not working since updating to IOS 16
Siri is not responding, just a sec, something is wrong please try again. That’s all I’m getting.

Same here. But at least it's working now.

16.0.3. Changing language from American to Canadian fixed Siri, but does not fix dictation.
Changing to Canadian AND switching the voice to a non-American voice, and retraining “hey siri” fixes it all.
