The new image and both the two latest episodes show when suscribing on a Mac (where the feed is read directly) so the feed is OK. There have been a number of complaints recently that Apple Podcasts is being slow to update. It can take some days for a new image to appear (and it's vital that you gave it a different filename from that of the previous image or Podcasts has no way of knowing it's changed) and you would expect today's episode to appear yet there's normally a delay of up to two days. the previous episode would normally have appeared by now, but I'm afraid it's probably just a question of waiting. I'm not convinced that refreshing the feed does anything much.

From the look of the URL I would guess that SoundCloud renames the file when it constructs the feed, so it may have already changedf the file name. Unfortunately as the previous version of the feed isn't available there's no way of checking that. Quite possibly there's nothing you can do in this line anyway.
