Contact based exemption to "Auto Delete Old Conversations"
I like many others have a lot of storage taken up by Messages. The Auto Delete Old Messages function is appealing to me, however not as an across-the-board ultimatum.
For example. I'd like to always keep the entire messaging history between my wife and I, or a friend/family group chat. Whether or not I ever go back to reference something or need something may not ever be an issue but surely I don't want to run the risk of losing something precious.
Albeit 10 years of conversation history with my wife is obviously the largest percentage of the total Messages data chunk, but that's kind of the point.
It would be nice to assign Message Auto-Delete exemptions that are tied to certain iMessage threads or Contacts, to keep conversations with certain people/groups immune from being deleted as time rolls on, while letting less important conversations fall off and be deleted in the interest of storage maintenance.
