Can't use CNN on my Apple TV

I have a new 4k TV. I can not use the CNN app as it says it can't geo locate me. I can't understand why, if I turn off cellular data on my phone and use wifi only I have no issues, I also have no issues with MLB TV and ESPN+ I have a new 4k TV. I can not use the CNN app as it says it can't geo locate me. I can't understand why, if I turn off cellular data on my phone and use wifi only I have no issues, I also have no issues with MLB TV and ESPN which need to geo locate me.
