Files App missing items

One of my folders in the Files app show 7 items in it, but when I open it I can only see one item. I have saved other items there before and I tried putting another folder with the same name and it won’t let me put a folder with the same name, so it means the folder is still there, I just can’t see it. So how can I see the missing items in my Files app?
