Family sharing and Roku

Related to this.

Up until last night I've had no problems. Currently, in the Apple TV app on my Roku Ultra does not recognize that I have family sharing of my Apple One Premier plan. Specifically, if I sign in with my wife's apple ID, the Apple TV app prompts me to use Roku's three month free trial. If I sign in using my apple ID, all access is granted; everything is normal. The Apple TV app on my wife's phone recognizes the shared TV+ content normally.

I have tried signing out of the Apple TV app and rebooting the Roku.

Sometimes it helps to have the devices involved take a fresh look at settings:

- Try signing out of accounts and back in again.

- Restarting is a simple step that can resolve many unexpected behaviors.

If a problem persists, particularly over several days, try contacting Apple for assistance:

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
