Why is the hind camera of my iPhone 5s not working and when in try opening it it displays that let the phone cool down inorder to use the hind camera

You have an extremely old iPhone, which likely has a failing battery and is in need of recycling at this point. Apple won't replace the battery in your obsolete phone and it is now so far out of date as to be totally worthless.

Time to buy a newer, more modern iPhone at this point.
