I am signed in to my iCloud on my computer, but when I delete photos off my computer it still stays on my phone. Why aren’t the devices synced if I’m signed into iCloud on both?

If you make a change on your iPhone, is it reflected on the iCloud website or your Mac? Is Low Power Mode enabled on your iPhone? If so, turn it off to allow iCloud to connect.
