Bar Chart: How to change color of bar in Numbers // Limited color set

Coloring the bars in a stacked chart is pretty automatic, done by selecting the "chart styles" - otherwise known as predefined color sets - that Numbers offers. Albeit annoying that I cant select my own colors, this works for when I have 6 categories, as there are 6 basic colors in the provided sets...sorry...styles.

BUT, I have a chart with 7 categories, and the blue that is used for the 7th category is very similar to the blue used in the 1st category making the two nearly indistinguishable from each other.

Is there a secret to fixing this here?

UPDATE: I just found my own answer.

  • Click on the bar graph category (in the graphic) that I want to change
  • Select style in the "format" tool bar
  • Select the color thingy to change it.

Done!
