Condensation from being in a high humidity situation (a bathroom after/during a steamy hot shower for example) could possibly explain why it believes a water intrusion occurred. Your phone seems to believe it got water intrusion. We can't possibly tell you whether it did or it didn't. You should schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. Apple will be able to validate if the phone got wet. And if it did get wet, be prepared to buy a new iPhone.
