YouTube starts videos at 2 second mark

Over the past few weeks the YouTube app on my Apple TV 4K (A1842) has been starting all videos 2 to 3 seconds ahead. I have to pause the video and run it back to the beginning. The app version is 2.10.01.00.

Has anyone else been having this problem? I've seen some similar comments about YouTube ads causing this sort of behavior. I have YouTube Premium so I don't get ads, but maybe this is simply the same behavior occurring at what would have been an ad segment.
