Earbud Quieter than the other

I accidentally left my wired apple earbuds in my lacrosse bag during a practice when it was pouring. The earbuds felt fine but were a little wet. So now I think the right earbud may be water logged since it’s quieter than the other. I checked my balance and it was at 0.00. Is my right one waterlogged and how do I fix it. Or is it toast?
