Problem connecting to the server
For months I’ve been trying to sign in to my iPad and and I keep getting this message, “Could Not Sign In. There was a problem connecting to the server.” I am using the correct login info. I have internet access. My App Store shows me as logged in but I am not logged in in settings. I even erased my iPad and started from scratch and I’m still getting the same message. I am unable to install update because it requires I log in. I’ve searched everywhere for a solution and nothing has worked. I found a post about someone having this issue years ago but no resolution was posted. Is it that my iPad is too old now? Help!
