Ex has been using his MacBook to access my account

How do I remove him? He is a developer so he's very smart. I have reset my devices and he still gets back into my devices.

I have other devices on my account how do I remove? Someone has been using my Apple ID through the workgroup with out my permission. They have put me in as a student developer with out permissions. And keep changing my passwords. I am locked out of my Mac,iPad, and watch. The Mac people said they are all completely back to factory settings. They are not.

Is it possible to temporarily change my Apple ID password? I’d like to give someone access to a MacBook that still has my Apple ID on it. In order to do so, he’d need my Apple ID password. I trust this person, so that seems fine, but I’d still rather move to a temporary password to allow him access and once that’s done move back to my old password. Is this possible, or will apple block me from using passwords I’ve used previously? Is there another way of solving this?
