Received a suspect Apple ID Page the day after installing IOS 16.0 to give Password ...

The day after updating my iPhone 13 Max Pro to IOS 16.0 I got a what appears to be a fake Apple ID message with the "greying out" several important items, e.g., "Find MY" making those items inaccessible. They asked me to Accept another abridged "Terms of Agreement" my password. Mind you I'm already logged in everywhere. I was told I was randomly chosen to do this (Apple Rep Randy in Singapore). Any thoughts.

My iPhone 13 max pro, MacBook Pro w/M1 chip, Apple iWatch6, and iPad Pro 2021, have been under siege since last October. The hackers put my info on the dark web, took over my email accounts, and Apple Credit Card $165 rewards were gone. What if anything can you suggest I do? The newest update IOS 16 is tampered with as well.
