MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) with Apple M1 chip charging over USB

I was wondering if one can charge this MBP over USB, I have a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), can this be done too?  It came with a MagSafe charger btw. And if possible, how does one do this?  Like what type of charger to use (any type of charger or does one need a specific wattage and voltage) and can you do this on any port or only some ports.
