How can you remove moist from back glass?

So I decided to clean my phone and wipe it after a while… however, I noticed that my phone’s back glass has moisture lines which cannot be removed by using wipes. So frustrating. I don’t know if it’s because of the casing or what. Please send help guys.

NOTE: the lines are around the camera area forming a square shape

Although it has a case, some of it got into the speaker holes on the left side. I turned off the phone the moment this happened. I also used a lint free cloth to clean the moisturizer out. The Apple support guide says to use a slightly damp lint free cloth, but it also says not to get moisture in the openings, so I guess that means I shouldn't use a damp lint free cloth on the speaker holes (and just use a dry lint free cloth instead)? I'd love to know any ideas and also how long to leave my phone off for. Thanks!

Those look like fingerprint smudges, wipe it down with a slightly dampened cloth.
