how did you ask Apple support to check the issue? All I have got is transfer from sales team to customer service team and back to sales team agin without solving any issue
I had ordered the makbook then later i canceled just to see that the purchase is done or not i don't want makbook only i need phone. with that balance and i have enough balance for iphone. but it’s not letting me use that apple account balance on iphone.
