My account balance is disabled
Yesterday I found I can't buy app from app store with account balance though its amount still shows right. Then, I went to apple.com trying to place an order with my account balance but it shows "you account balance is disabled. please call xxx for help".
Then, a crazy morning i just experienced, I called apple support and they just transferred me from one department to another. I literally wasted four hours with them and still no one can solve this issue for me.
I used the balance around two weeks ago trying to place an order but later the order was canceled. I suspect this is the reason why the balance is still locked. But, APPLE, I am truly disappointed about the customer service and it is obvious your support agents are not trained for such cases though it has been reported in the communities in many threads already.
My balance is still locked. What should I do now?
