iPhone 13 Receiving the same text every 30 minutes for two days.

Yesterday I got a text from my friend. They do not have an apple phone. I have been receiving the same text every half hourish for two days now. I've reset the phone and nothing changed.

When I try to reply to her the message also fails to send if that means anything. This is a work phone so I hardly use it. When I text myself from my personal iPhone it sends and everything is normal.

Any idea what is happening?
