After i update my iPhone 12 to the last IOS16,
when i open voice memos, i got a black screen.
After reinstall it from appstore or force close it or even restart iPhone,
this issue is still here, i can't using "Voice Memos", who can help me? pls!
PS: There have been more than 30G free storge.

Seems you have tried most things ... have you also tried restarting you iPhone ?

Updating the the latest iOS was a great move. Sorry that hasn't helped either.
My only suggestion now is to check the problem-situation out with Apple Support.
Eg: There is a "Get Support" link to Apple at top right on this discussion page.

Thanks for your replie, but i already :
1、Force close and reopen it
2、Reboot my iPhone
3、update to the last iOS version
4、Re-install this app from AppStore
And more:
5、Check iphone storage (more than 40G free)
6、install the third-party record app and it working
7、Check "Voice memos" setting in "iPhone Setting" --> "voice memos"

But it still can't working .... :(

I have been ask help to Apple Support or send feedback to the Voice Memos Team.
But still can't working now.
ANYWAY, i will continue to try any ways.
Maybe i need to reinstall the whole iOS.

Sorry we haven't been able to help you get Voice Memos working properly as yet.
Usually deleting and re-installing an app like Voice Memos would restore its usefulness.
Wondering if you have any third-party (non-Apple) apps like unnecessary ad-blockers, virus checkers etc installed.
Some of the apps are known to cause unusual interferences. Try turning any such apps off, or use the uninstallesr available from the app-developer.s.
Third-party apps that are needed would also need updating after an iOS update to remain compatible with iOS.
