AirPlay not Working after iOS 16 Update

After updating my iPhone 11 to iOS 16, video AirPlay to my 3rd gen. Apple TV doesn’t work. Audio works just fine, but not if there’s video involved (ie music can be AirPlayed but not music videos). I’ve tried AirPlaying videos like music videos from Apple Music, content from the Disney+ app, and YouTube videos, but I get the “An error occurred loading this content. Try again later.” message from my Apple TV. Resetting both the Apple TV and my phone hasn’t solved the issue, and AirPlay still works on my 7th gen. iPad (iOS 15.6.1) and my 2019 MacBook Air (macOS Monterey 12.6), so is this just an iOS 16 bug?

Hi, I have a AirPlay 2–Enabled TV which was working perfectly with screen mirroring and sound output. After latest updates for Apple devices, it does not work with any of them at all. The problem seems to be this: when you try to mirror your screen from macOS Monterey 12.6 installed 2017 MacBook Pro it tries to output the sound and when you try to output sound it tries to mirror the screen, both attempts fail naturally. I attach both screenshots below:
