Name text thread

Wondering if we can’t rename a text thread with iOS 16. All members of thread are on iPhones, when I click on user icons next screen does not give option to change name and photo….

Why has editing on iPhone changed? Why has apple made a change to the way editing of text and messages is done? In the past you could easily insert text between words. Now it highlights the entire adjacent word (s) and the word is either deleted when you go to insert or change a word and/or error. Super annoying apple. Why have you made this annoying change?

Group text thread showing I removed a group photo Whenever I like a comment in our group text thread or write in our group text thread it’s showing to the others that I removed a group photo. I have restarted my phone multiple times and I have the updated version 16.03. This message still keeps showing up despite me rebooting my phone.
