Undelivered Apple Gift Card purchased via Amazon
On July 19, I purchased a $200 gift card from Amazon; however, I inadvertently typed the recipient’s email address wrongly. When I learned CB of the error, I contacted Amazon with the correct email address and asked them to resend, which they agreed to do. The recipient has never received the gift card and the V purchase order shows it as not having been sent stating it is still in process. When I reached out to Amazon after not being able to put a stop payment on the order through my bank, Amazon informed me they were only a platform for Apple Guft Cards and the refund would have to come from Apple.
