Order stuck in processing status
I ordered iPad Air 5 last Sept. 19, 2022 along with free airpods (Because of the additional discount). I already received an e-invoice for the airpods and it was charged to my card but it says that the shipment is on hold. I am worried because upon checkout the total bill did not include the price of the airpods but it was still charged. For the ipad, I still did not receive any e-invoice and it is stuck in processing. What should I do?
