I updated to version 16. Now when I get calls, my phone shows that two people/numbers were on the call. This is happening on every call. No numbers are duplicated whatsoever. It seems to be totally random. No numbers appear on the other listing. This seems to be a version 16 flaw.
Please advise on what I can do.

I spent some time with Apple support. It seems that if you delete the call history, the problem goes away.
