iPhone 14 pro max zooming glitch

The latest version of iOS is iOS 16.1.

Do you know if the 14 pro does this too, or if it’s only the max?

That sounds like parallax shift as it goes from 1 camera to the other, that's literally something that physically must happen.

That is a decent explanation but not an acceptable one. Apple doesn’t advertise or mention this issue, which is deceptive.

Really, that's the best solution to the issue as it completely removes parallax from the equation both now and in any future device.

It is and Androids do, particularly parallax issues which are pure physics.

Open just one eye and look at something, then close that eye and open the other - that's parallax.

Ok, now, somehow, I fixed it ! K went to the camera setting, changed it to 720p HD and now it looks good.. strange 🙄

You can reproduce the same issue on the iPhone 13, borrow someone's and try it.

Having the same problem on a brand new iphone 14 pro

If light changes, to maintain the same relative light level gain will have to go up, and the image will get noisier.
