Outlook email update

My Outlook emails have not populated for two days. I know I need to log out of Outlook but I can’t seem to find the sign out on my iPhone. Do I delete the entire app from my phone and then reinstall? I Already deleted the icon once and was able to bring it back. Seems like that’s the only way to sign out of outlook on an iPhone and then sign back in.

I guess I need to go to school and learn what and how to use Outlook on my iPhone. Been working fine for a full year and then as of two days ago I can’t get any emails. Someone suggested I needed to log out of Outlook and log back in. This is all happening on my iPhone and there is no log out under Outlook on my iPhone.

When you say I should use the Microsoft sign in, I don’t know how to get to that?
