Touch issue on airpods pro 2nd generation
I just received my airpods pro 2nd gen..i am using an iphone7 (ios 15.7)..only the volume up and down works when listening songs.. i am not able to pick up calls with the air pods,can’t change between the anc and Transparency using the airpods or change to the next song…i have to use my phone for these features.. Is it because am using an iphone 7 and these features works only on iphone 8 and above models?? I can understand if nothing works but atleast the call receiving option should work..🤔
