iPhone notifies of an unknown item traveling with me

Hello recently I have noticed that I’m getting notifications saying that an unknown item is traveling with you. Or it will say an item that is moving with you and the owner can see your location ,, I feel as if I’m being hacked

Sounds like there is an airtag that is stucked with you.

Tap the alert.
Tap Continue and then tap Play Sound.
Listen for the sound. You can play it again if you need more time to find the item.
