Virgin wifi not working with Iphone

I’m seen many queries relating to this, and I have tried all suggestions but my household cannot get our iPhones working consistently working with Virgin wifi - sometimes connects but not working and like now just won’t connect at all - all other non apple devices working fine - help ??

Unable to connect iPhone 16 Pro to Wi-Fi after 18.3.2 update Ever since I upgraded my iphone 16 pro to the latest ios update (18.3.2), I am having trouble connecting with my wifi network. Unable to connect to Wi-Fi on my iPhone 14 Pro Max My iPhone 14 Pro Max, Model # MQ8T3LL/A isacting up. My wifi connection is showing four bars and 5G. Been trying to connect to FB and Messenger to no avail. Rebooted my iPhone and deleted FB apps and re apply Apps still didn’t work and this error showed up: “Error The operation couldn't be completed. TransientError domain: TigonLigerError-Domain code: 2 detail:AsyncSocketException: connect failed (immediately), type = Socket not open, errno = 65 (No route to host)” Need further instruction of what I’m missing and what to do next. Network is working because my mini ipad and my wife iphone are both connected to thesame network with no issue. Thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hi, after updating to iOS 16.0.2, wifi much better, clearly shows it was an Apple issue though

Here in Italy, using Vodafone (as provider and router manufacturer) I had to update my router firmware after updating my XR to iOS 16.

If your iPhone works fine using different Wifi netwoks, it shouldn't be a problem related to your iPhone(s).

If it only happens at home, I suggest that you contact Virgin (and/or your modem-router manufacturer) support team and explain your problem.

Virgin told me contact apple 🤔 it’s worse since iOS 16
