ATV and My5 problem

Since updating Apple TV to ios16 the My5 app not working - can’t select anything but ‘search’ on side menu.

Have reinstalled but still the same

Apple TV HD, tvOS 16

Apple TV app stopped working on my iPad (but works on iphone) . It is stuck on library page. Apple TV+ app stuck on library page on iPad. Still works on iPhone.

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Have tried all so am now going to contact My5 to see - think it is definitely an app / ios16 glitch

Have the same issue here, and have tried all the steps so definitely seems an issue with the developer. hopefully they update soon

Looks like My6 has the update to resolve the menu problem in iOS 16
