Portrait mode Freeze

My phone keeps freezing when i switch to portrait mode. If i open my camera in portrait mode my screen remains black, if I open my camera in photo mode and switch to portrait mode my screen freezes on the last blurry item it saw. Has anyone experienced this, it is so annoying!!

I have the latest IOS 16.0.2 and this is still ongoing!
