Apple Music on Apple TV Keeps Shuffling

Team, I have a few Apple TV 4K's in the house, one with the new Siri Remote, and another with the older 'trackpad' touch remote control. For some reason whenever streaming Apple Music, all songs on an Album just keep shuffling even though the feature is turned OFF. I have also Googled and saw a discussion about this from the Apple Community a few years ago; the suggested fix was to tell Siri on the remote to 'stop shuffling music.'

That suggestion does NOT work. All devices are up to date and on current tvOS. Any other thoughts? This is highly annoying, appreciate answers or suggestions!

In the Now Playing queue, see if the Shuffle toggle is activated or not. If activated, navigate to that button to change it.

It’s a little bit tricky, as highlighted looks much like activated, but navigating elsewhere afterwards should confirm the toggle setting.
