I have tried all the solutions online so far, and even though on icloud preferences it shows the name that i want it to show (my alias account) it still sends the email with my real name.
This seems to be a recent thing, i have just recently got an iPhone 14 Pro, could something have happened in the transferring of data or something?

If you create a new alias does the issue continue? Test to verify. You can read how to create an email alias here:
1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Settings button at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Preferences.
2. Click Accounts, then click “Add an alias.”
3. Provide the requested information:
• Alias: The text you provide becomes the email address (alias@icloud.com). An alias must contain between 3 and 20 characters.
• Full Name: The name you provide appears in the From field of the messages you send.
• Label: Aliases are listed alphabetically by label.
4. Click Add, then click Done.

Hi, i have done this and the full name for my alias is showing correctly, but when i send an email from that particular email address it still comes through as my main account name and not the alias name
