I can’t update iOS 16 because it says I’m no longer connected to internet why is that?

When I try to update my iPhone 12 to the iOS 16 or whatever and it says it can’t because in no longer connected to the internet and I don’t know how to fix it when it has service on it?

Make sure you have a good WiFi connection. It cannot be a hotspot.
Make sure to turn your VPN off if you have one.
You need 6GB of free space.
Turn Low Power mode off.
Make sure you have at least a 20% battery charge and you are connected to power.
