I can’t update iOS 16 because it says I’m no longer connected to internet why is that?

When I try to update my iPhone 12 to the iOS 16 or whatever and it says it can’t because in no longer connected to the internet and I don’t know how to fix it when it has service on it?

  1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection. It cannot be a hotspot.
  2. Make sure to turn your VPN off if you have one.
  3. You need 6GB of free space.
  4. Turn Low Power mode off.
  5. Make sure you have at least a 20% battery charge and you are connected to power.
