I have Associated Credit Union. Since the 16 update, the camera no longer reads. I have turned the camera access off and on and updated to 16.2, and deleted and reinstalled the app. This is what it looks like. Help!

Do you mean iOS 16.2 (which, if it exists at all, is beta software)? Or do you mean iOS 16.0.2? If you mean beta software, anything can happen as the software is incomplete and may have bugs. If you man the current version, the first thing I'd suggest trying is deleting the app and reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, contact the credit union.
Also, check to make sure you don't have screen rotation locked (though, from the look of the screenshot, you don't).
