Software to control Monitors

Hi all, I have been searching the web for assistance with the following, but to no avail.

I have a MacBook Pro 14-inch, 2021 (personal machine) and ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 14" Intel (work machine).

Both are connected to 2 Dell - S2722QC's. (i.e. dual external monitor set up's for both machines)

Both Laptops are connected to their respective monitors via USBC and HDMI.

I have only become aware that Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (for Mac) is not available for the S2722QC. I am also unable to install any software on the work's Thinkpad.

Currently, I have set Monitor shortcuts to switch between the inputs to allow reasonably quick toggle between each machine on the screen I choose (but I would prefer to be able to do this via the Menu Bar / Keyboard Shortcut?).

I have also tried a few screen brightness adjust apps, but all appear to be 'out of sync' with the true monitor's brightness controls (% Brightness on the app control does not equal the % brightness on the monitor via the OSD, nor does the % brightness on each screen equate to the opposite monitor).

Consequently, I am currently sticking to adjusting brightness via the respective monitor OSD.

Given the set up above, can anyone recommend a tried and trusted solution to enable me to adjust brightness and video signal inputs? Is there an equivalent to Dell's Dell Display and Peripheral Manager that will work with the 2 S2722QC's? Or should I get use to the quick monitor shortcuts via OSD for signal switching and use the OSD as and when I want to adjust brightness.

Many Thanks in advance.
