I bought apple one subscription for family. This subscription say that you will get access for apple music, apple tv, cloud 200gb and arcade. My old subscription apple music for family was expired in 30 of September, so I got new “apple one” subscription for family. And this subscription is not working properly, I don’t have access for apple music.

This article should help explain it: Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One. Essentially since, you already had an Apple Music subscription that was canceled, you won't be able to get the free trial of Apple Music with your first month of Apple One. Music will be included when you are billed November 2nd.
"If Apple One costs less than your current subscriptions, you will not get a free trial so that you can immediately start saving money."
