Apple one
I just recently acquired apple one to share with my family. None of them have access to either music, apple tv or arcade. We updated all phones to latest version and they're still receiving affering to join their own plans. what can i do?

Have they accepted the invitation?
They may need to sign out and sing back in with their Apple ID one their devices to refresh the status.
