App icons notification

when i get a notification from a person on any apps, the profile picture or the icon of the app isn’t showing.here is the sample screen shot.i already restarted my phone and updated but i still have this issue.

Notifications Certain apps I’m not getting notifications. Banners, badges everything is turned on. I’ve rebooted the device countless time and still the same problem persist… this is frustrating as I am trying to get important notifications from apps that I need to get from. Is this an IOS bug or what? Just got this phone btw. Not happy at all with this

Invisible notifications Sometimes I get a notification and when I take my phone to look at it, a gap appears as if it was a notification, but there isn’t anything, just a gap. The other notifications are visible and stack normally as if the first notification was visible. It always happens with the last notification I receive. If I receive a new notification, the notification that was invisible, now becomes visible and the new notification remains as a gap. I’m able to press the notification and it opens the corresponding app, but I can’t respond or interact with the notification from the lock screen. It happens with all the apps and it doesn’t matter if I restart phone, It’ll still happen. I use “List” as my option for notifications. It only happens with banners. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and is up to date.
