Mouse cursor on MacBook Pro M1 is lagging. Like its really slow fps.

Like the title says. When I restart my Mac the mouse moves at "normal" fps again. But after using the computer for around 1 hour it ALWAYS slows down. I have been in contact with the apple support team and they said that everything looked fine. I have like 80 gb of free storage on a 245 gb Mac. I only use Logic Pro as a considerable "heavy program". I have cleaned out my Mac multiple times. Can anyone help? Thanks.
